- Tom Niesen founded Acuity Systems, Inc. in 1994. Acuity teaches non-traditional client development, negotiating, and business development to thousands of professionals in over 260 industries. In fact, in a recent Magazine article “Sales Superstars” 4 of the 8 listed were clients of Acuity Systems.
Acuity Systems is based in Dallas, Texas and was founded in 1993. Acuity offers strategic planning, culture development, sales recruiting, training, management, and consulting.
Unlike traditional sales training companies that focus on technique, Acuity focuses on changing sales cultures, beliefs, and processes through group classes and one-on-one training.
Acuity Systems also offers business development modules that address hiring, forecasting, sales processes, negotiating, strategic account planning and pipelines. Without these things, training is worthless
